A well Spent Field visit in Jaffna..

I'm very grateful of having this opportunity rather being an explorer. Since Sri Lanka is very rich of diversity there we have lot to explore in. I got this chance better to see the beauty of Jaffna. We made this field visit to observe the current vegetation condition in Chundikulam. As well as it helps us travel over Jaffna. We traveled over Chundikulam, Jaffna city and Kankasanthurei. 




The Nature Park offered us warm accommodations with tranquil surrounding.

Our next stay was Thal Sewana in Kankasanthurei where I found best pure beaches....

We also got an opportunity to visit an Officer's house for dinner with Kabana music. This was the place where I danced spree..
 



On our way back to Colombo, we could visit this amazing bridge.

                                       Our trip just planned  as a  hike through the estate of Non Pareil to the base of the world's end. So the journey was started from Colombo in the early morning around 2 a.m. As we reached to Belihul Oya we had to break the journey at the place where we got accommodation facilities at Brampton Division, Assistant Superintendent Bungalow. The Bungalow lies between Surathali  Falls and Bambarakanda Falls. Since the route to Bungalow is in rough condition we had to park the vehicle on the base and then we got Tuktuk transport to reach the Bungalow. This Bungalow lies on a hill with surrounded by lush green tea estates and mist embarrassed mountains. It is an ideal place for a peaceful holiday with tranquility surrounded by the scenic beauty of nature in a cool environment. We just planned to stay two days and one night at this coolest place. Before we starts our trip we had breakfast and re-freshened ourselves from here.

Two girls travelling experience in Ella....

A week after Madulsima tour I have got a chance to indulge my wanderlust experience in Ella with my room mate. Visiting of Ella was one of most moving experience I ever had in my life. It was really amazing in December with cooler climatic feeling in hill country. We made our decision quick and packed our backpacks. We set off our journey by taking AC bus from Colombo fort to Bandarawela. We took the bus around 3.00pm and it was about 9.30pm when we arrived in Bandarawela. As My friend's home in Bandarawela I was able to stay in her place while planning our adventures together. On Saturday we were planned to visit Ella without having no idea of which place to visit.
